Cox GeoParkallett Wilkinson (“CHW”) has advised GeoPark Latin America Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of GeoPark Holdings Limited, a Latin American oil and gas explorer, operator and consolidator listed on the London Stock Exchange, in relation to a $300 million placement of senior secured notes.
