Craig practises as Counsel within the firm’s Litigation Department and has over 20 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation and cross-border dispute resolution across a range of offshore jurisdictions.

He has acted for multinational corporations, financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, liquidators, investor groups, and shareholders. He has particular expertise in fraud claims, trust disputes, and asset tracing and recovery, and frequently appears as counsel in international arbitration proceedings under ICC, LCIA, and Swiss Chambers rules.

Career

He began his career in New Zealand, working for the Solicitor-General at the Crown Law Office, before being admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2001. Craig practised in the London office of US firm Bryan Cave, and later at Signature Litigation and Collyer Bristow, before relocating to Bermuda in 2025.
