Kim practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, private client, governmental and regulatory matters.  He has chaired several boards of inquiry under the Human Rights Act and has been an acting Magistrate.

He is the Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.  Kim is also a Justice of the Peace, and a Notary Public.
