Warren joined CHW as Counsel in the Litigation department in 2021 and specialises in commercial and insolvency litigation matters.  Warren is experienced in banking and financial matters and has also practiced employment law since  the outset of his legal career.  He has extensive courtroom experience ranging from urgent injunctions and applications to multi-week trials and appellate advocacy.

Prior to joining CHW, Warren was a Barrister at Kings Chambers in Manchester where he was ranked in The Legal 500 for 2021 as a Leading Junior (Band 3) on the Northern Circut for Commercial Litigation.  During his time in the UK, Warren published several articles on commercial and insolvency litigation and also edits a chapter for Kluwer Law: Enforcement of Foreign Judgments.

Warren originally qualified in South Africa, where he spent 20 years as an Advocate at the Johannesburg Bar. During this time he also had several stints as an Acting Justice of the Labour Court of South Africa, writing several reported judgments.

Warren is a member of Gray's Inn.
