Rachel is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department. She previously trained and practiced in Scotland having qualified in 2012. Rachel worked at global law firm Clyde & Co in Edinburgh for over 10 years. She is a member of the Bermuda Bar Association, the Law Society of Scotland and a Notary Public. She was the recipient of The Times newspaper (UK) Scottish Lawyer of the Week.

Rachel has experience acting across a breadth of civil and commercial litigation matters with a previous focus on defender legacy insurance litigation. Her current litigation practice focuses on personal injury matters, insurance/re-insurance, contractual, property and construction disputes.
