Career

Siobhán Sugrue, ACG, is a Senior Corporate Administrator at Coson. She has extensive experience providing corporate secretarial and governance support to Bermuda and international structures, including funds, insurance and other regulated entities. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, client-focused approach and calm, solutions-driven manner, Siobhán manages complex board and committee cycles from end to end – preparing agendas and board packs, attending meetings, drafting clear, timely minutes and coordinating all related statutory and regulatory filings.

Prior to joining Coson, Siobhán held corporate governance roles both in-house and at law firms in Ireland, supporting cross-border portfolios and fast-moving boardrooms. She is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute (ACG) and is committed to delivering practical, commercially-minded governance support to every client she works with.
