Helen McIntosh

Helen is an experienced trust and estates attorney in the Private Client department of CHW advising both local and international clients on a wide range of private client matters including wills, trusts and estate planning.

Helen trained at Brodies in Edinburgh and after qualifying worked in private practice in Edinburgh specialising in private client work. She joined the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in Edinburgh in early 1998 to lead their UK will writing department. At the start of 2001 after requalifying in English Law she started working at Coutts & Co in London where she was part of the bank’s trusts and estate planning team advising high net worth clients on UK inheritance tax and estate planning issues.
